Observe and Report is our mantra. You get an interactive recording of the exterior and interior of your property. We operate plumbing fixtures to look for leaks, check on windows, doors, ceilings, floors, walls, lights, and fans. We operate major appliances, and the HVAC system, as directed. We securely store all mail and packages. Afterwards, windows and doors are securely locked, the alarm system is activated, and a complete report detailing our findings is sent to you.
